We're looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager to join our dynamic team at Tofu and lead the development of growth strategies for our web and mobile products in Tofu space. You will play a central role in engagement, monetization, activation, experimentation in the app and on the web by developing and executing growth strategies, optimizing the user journey, and working closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve user conversion and engagement for all Tofu products (web/mobile).
- Conduct A/B testing to continuously optimize marketing performance and user retention, while tracking key metrics and providing data-driven recommendations.
- Work closely with product and marketing teams to create and execute growth strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and product revenue.
- Identify and analyze growth opportunities across the user journey, focusing on scaling product performance.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in advertising platforms to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- You have more than 3 years' experience as a Growth Product Manager. You've worked on subscription-based products and know the ropes.
- You have a strong background in A/B testing, experimentation and data-driven decision making to optimize user journeys.
- Experience working with SAAS and US-market, including user engagement and retention strategies.
- Good skills in using analytics tools to track performance, interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities and best practices.
